  • How do I enroll in tutoring services?
    • You can get started by completing our online registration. Someone from our teach will reach out to get tutoring services scheduled.

  • What is a typical tutoring schedule?
    • Scheduling will look different for each client based on the child’s abilities and the level of support needed. We will work collaboratively to determine the best schedule for your child during the onboarding process.
  • Which session type is right for my child?
    • You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed in your search to find a qualified professional tutor who can deliver the type of instruction YOUR child needs. We encourage you to reach out via our online registration. This is the first step in getting started with tutoring services. Open completion of the registration document we will be equipped with the necessary information to contact you via phone or email to help answer your questions and offer support in getting your child proper tutoring services.
  • Are your instructors all certified teachers?
    • Yes and no. Our team is comprised of individuals from various backgrounds ranging from traditional classroom teachers, to Orton Gillingham trained instructors, to individuals with degrees in their field of study. This allows us to offer a wide variety of services offered by instructors doing what they do best.
  • Do you offer placement assessments?
    • We offer placement assessments at an additional fee. Assessments are subject specific in reading and/or math and are given by your child’s tutor. Upon request, the tutor will provide you with test results and share how results are used to drive instruction.
  • How does payment work?
    • Clients are invoiced monthly based on the child’s specific schedule. Invoices are sent to the email address on file and offer clients the ability to pay virtually via credit/debit card, check payments are also accepted in-center ~ please attach a copy of the invoice when sending a check in with your child.
  • What if my student is sick or can not attend his/her scheduled session?
    • Reach out to info@educateinc.org or your child’s specific tutor to notify them of the absence.
    • Please note, we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Failure to notify your child’s tutor of the absence will result in no-show fee.
